Coffee/Tea Conversation Sessions
A relaxed, informal setting for deep listening and connection. These sessions focus on building trust and exploring your feelings in a warm, human environment that feels like talking to a friend.

Introductory Session
A complimentary 30-minute online session to explore how we can support your wellbeing. Optional donation encouraged to help us keep our doors open.

Cost
Our standard session rate is £25 per hour. This includes all digital platforms and in-person meetings in Bristol.
